Refund and Returns Policy
Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy
At FONExpert, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We provide a 30-day limited warranty on all hardware repairs to ensure your device performs as expected.
30-Day Repair Warranty
This warranty covers the specific parts replaced and the labor associated with your repair for 30 days from the date of service.
Strict Warranty Exceptions
The following conditions void the warranty immediately and are not covered under any circumstances:
Impact and Physical Damage: Any signs of new physical trauma after the repair, including cracked screens, OLED ink spots, pressure marks, bent frames, or dents. If the device has been dropped, the warranty is void.
Liquid Exposure: Any device that shows signs of moisture, corrosion, or liquid contact after the repair is not covered. This includes steam, rain, or accidental submersion.
Third-Party Tampering: If the device is opened, serviced, or modified by the customer or another repair shop, the FONExpert warranty is voided.
Software and Jailbreaking: Warranty does not cover software glitches, OS updates that brick the device, or issues caused by unauthorized software modifications.
Special Note on Liquid Damage Repairs
Repairs performed on devices with pre-existing liquid damage are excluded from our 30-day warranty. Because corrosion is a progressive chemical process, we cannot guarantee the long-term reliability of a device once it has been exposed to moisture. These repairs are performed on a best effort basis.
